Manage your time effectively by viewing, selecting and confirming all your meetings before the start of the exhibition!

How to participate

The dynamic Business Matchmaking Program is open to confirmed participants to Standard Bank Africa Forum 2009 – free of charge.

Our aim is to assist you with your one-on-one meetings at the event 

Step 1 – Check your company profile in the matchmaking program

·          We have profiled your company.

·          Please check detailed information on your company and your meeting requirements – this information will be used to intelligently match your company to the right individuals.

·          Double check the times you are available for meetings – un-tick times you are NOT available,

Step 2 – Select who you want to meet

·          View and select companies you want to meet sending a quick meeting request

·          Once requested, we will schedule your requested meetings on your behalf by sending your meeting requests to the opposite party who will accept or decline the meeting based on the value perceived.

·          As we will be continuously profiling new companies through the matchmaking program, your online report will be updated with new matches. Please check your report on a weekly basis, adding new targeted companies in order for us to schedule the meetings.

Step 3 – Progress on meetings through your private online calendar

·          View your private report and calendar of scheduled meetings.

·          You are able to track the accepting/declining of your requested meeting through your private calendar.

·          This calendar must be printed out just before the event, allowing easy access to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the event.
