Manage your time effectively by viewing, selecting and confirming all your meetings before the start of the exhibition!
How to register
The dynamic Business Matchmaking Program is open to all exhibitors, delegates and pre-registered visitors to Global Expo - Botswana – free of charge.
Our aim is to understand your business and your targeted customers.
Step 1 – Register your participation at the event
- If you are a visitor, please pre-register your company through the official event website or e-mail us - info@businessmatchmaking.co.za and we will ensure you are pre-registered. As soon as you are pre-registered, your company will be profiled into the business matchmaking program
- All confirmed exhibitors and delegates will automatically be profiled in the matchmaking program
- Once profiled - you will be e-mailed a username and password to access your private, online report to view companies matching your profile.
Step 2 – Select who you want to meet through your private online report
- Select companies you wish to meet through your matching report.
- Once selected, an emailed meeting request will be sent to your invitee who will accept/decline/propose a new time or the meeting
- We continuously add new companies through the matchmaking program, please check your report on a weekly basis for new matches.
Step 3 – Progress on meetings through your private online calendar
- View your private report and calendar of scheduled meetings.
- Track the accepting/declining/new times of your requested meeting through your private calendar.
- Print your calendar just before the event, for easy access to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the exhibition.
- All confirmed meetings include contact details - please call and re-confirm your own meetings!
