Welcome to the Opportunity Business Matchmaking Program at The Gauteng Nepad Summit 2009.
We have extended the business matchmaking program to beyond the exhibition that took place in March 2009. You are welcome to register your company - free of charge- and view profiles of companies that attended the event. We will keep you updated on new developments for the event in 2010 through a regular e-newsletter.
How to register
The dynamic Opportunity Business Matchmaking Program is open to all exhibitors, delegates and visitors to The Gauteng Nepad Summit 2009 – free of charge as well as companies wanting to network with this online community.
1. Please include detailed information on your company and your meeting requirements – this information will be used to intelligently match your company to the right individuals.
2. Once profiled - you will be e-mailed a username and password to access your private, online report to view companies matching your profile.
Step 2 – Select who you want to meet through your private online report
1. Select companies you wish to meet through your matching report.
2. Once specified, you are able to send a direct email to the invitee with your value proposition on doing business
3. The invitee will receive your email together with your profile, company information, motivation and contact details.
4. As we will be continuously profiling new companies through the matchmaking program, your online report will be updated with new matches. Please check your report on a weekly basis, adding new targeted companies in order for us to schedule the meetings.
Step 3 – face to face interactions at the event
- We will keep you updated on new developments for the 2010 event. You will be provided with the opportunity to register and meet your target market face to face through pre-scheduled meetings facilitated through this business matchmaking program!
- Your calendar of meetings can be printed out just before the event, allowing easy access to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the exhibition.
