How to register
The dynamic Business Matchmaking Program is open to all confirmed exhibitors, delegates and visitors to Tshwane International Trade and Infrastructure Conference – free of charge
To register, please contact the event organisers. Once you are confirmed, your company will automatically be profiled into the business matchmaking program.
Our aim is to understand your business and your targeted customers.
Step 1 – DOUBLE CHECK YOUR COMPANY Profile
- Once you are a confirmed participant, you will receive a username and password to access the matchmaking system.
- Double check your profile once logged into your private account - your company details will be viewed by all other participants and used to generate your online matchmaking report!
Step 2 – Select who you want to meet through your private online report
- Select companies you wish to meet through your matching report.
- Once specified, we will schedule your requested meetings on your behalf by sending your meeting requests to the opposite party who will accept or decline the meeting based on the value perceived.
- As we will be continuously profiling new companies through the matchmaking program, your online report will be updated with new matches. Please check your report on a weekly basis, adding new targeted companies in order for us to schedule the meetings.
Step 3 – Progress on meetings through your private online calendar
- View your private report and calendar of scheduled meetings.
- You are able to track the accepting/declining of your requested meeting through your private calendar.
- This calendar must be printed out just before the event, allowing easy access to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the exhibition.
