Welcome to the Business Matchmaking Program at Tshwane International Trade and Infrastructure Investment Conference.

Manage your time effectively by viewing, selecting and confirming all your meetings before the start of the exhibition!

The dynamic Business Matchmaking Program is open to all CONFIRMED exhibitors, delegates and visitors– free of charge.

How to participate in the program

1) REGISTER YOUR COMPANY TO ATTEND THE EVENT

2) wE will Profile your company and send you online access details

1.     We will receive your details from the organiser and profile your company

2.     You will be e-mailed a username and password to access your private, online report to view companies matching your profile.

3) Select who you want to meet through your private online report

1.     Select companies you wish to meet through your matching report.

2.     Once specified, meetings are requested via email for the target to accept or decline

3.     Check your report on a weekly basis as we will add new targeted companies.

4) Progress on meetings through your private online calendar

1. You are able to track the accepting/declining of your requested meeting through your private calendar.
2. This calendar must be printed out just before the event, allowing easy access to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the exhibition.

5) PERSONAL ASSSISTANCE

1. The Business Matchmaking Team will offer you assistance with your meetings and push meetings into action status before the show.
2. Our onsite team is at the exhibition to manage the meetings, send SMS meeting reminders and call your meetings to ensure high show rates.
